INDICATIONS

It is suitable for patients with type 2 diabetes who cannot be well controlled by diet and exercise alone. This product can be used alone, or in combination with sulphonylureas or insulin.

Adverse reactions

Some patients have gastrointestinal discomfort after taking this product orally, such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal swelling, indigestion, heartburn, as well as dizziness, headache, flu-like symptoms, abnormal taste, muscle pain, low blood pressure, palpitations, flushing, chills, chest discomfort, rash, fatigue.

Usage

Take it orally when eating or after meals. The starting dose is usually once a day, 1 tablet (500mg) at a time. Take it at dinner and adjust the dosage according to blood sugar and urine sugar. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 tablets (2000mg). If 4 tablets (2000mg) once a day cannot achieve satisfactory curative effect, it can be changed to 2 tablets (1000mg) twice a day.
