Dosage
Intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.
(1) Preparation of intramuscular injection solution: add 3.6ml sterilized water for injection, sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection or 1% lidocaine hydrochloride into 1g bottle, and make a solution containing 250mg ceftriaxone per 1ml.
(2) Preparation of intravenous administration solution: add 9.6ml of the above-mentioned diluent (except lidocaine) into a 1g bottle to prepare a solution containing 100mg ceftriaxone per ml, and then dilute it with 5% glucose injection or sodium chloride injection for 100 ~ 250 ml and drip it intravenously.
Adults commonly use intramuscular or intravenous drip, 1 ~ 2g every 24 hours or 0.5 ~ 1g every 12 hours. The highest dose is 4g a day. The course of treatment is 7-14 days.
Intravenous drip is commonly used in children, 20 ~ 80 mg/kg per day according to body weight. Adult dosage for children over 12 years old.

The recommended dose for treating gonorrhea is a single intramuscular injection of 0.25g

Adverse effect
Adverse reactions are related to the dosage and course of treatment. The local reaction was phlebitis (1.86%), in addition to skin rash, dermatitis, pruritus, urticaria, edema, fever, bronchospasm and serum sickness (2.77%), headache or dizziness (0.27%), soft stool, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, abdominal pain, colitis, jaundice, flatulence and flatulence. Abnormal laboratory examination accounts for about 19%, among which abnormal hematological examination accounts for 14%, including eosinophilia, hemorrhage, thrombocytosis or thrombocytopenia and leukopenia. Abnormal liver and kidney function were 5% and 1.4%. Other rare side effects include increased liver enzymes and decreased urine.

interaction
1. When erythromycin, tetracycline, amphotericin B, vasoactive drugs (m-hydroxylamine, norepinephrine, etc.), phenytoin sodium, chlorpromazine, promethazine, vitamin B, vitamin C, etc. are added to the intravenous infusion of cephalosporins, turbidity will occur. Because there are many contraindicated drugs in this product, it should be administered separately.
2. Disulfiram-like reactions can occur in individual patients when drinking or taking alcoholic drugs during the application of this product, so drinking and taking alcoholic drugs should be avoided during the application of this product and for several days later.
Pharmacology
This product is the third generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Has strong activity against enterobacteriaceae bacteria. The MIC90 of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Citrobacter freundii, Proteus indole-positive, Brucella and Serratia ranged from 0.12 to 0.25 mg/L. Enterobacter cloacae, Acinetobacter and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have poor sensitivity to this product. It has strong antibacterial effect on Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis, and also has good effect on hemolytic streptococcus and pneumococcus. MIC to Staphylococcus aureus is 2 ~ 4 mg/L. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and Enterococcus are resistant to this product. Most Bacteroides fragilis are resistant to this product.
