Metformin hydrochloride tablets
It is used for patients with type 2 diabetes who are not satisfied with simple diet control, especially obesity and hyperinsulinemia. The use of this drug not only has the effect of lowering blood sugar, but also may have the effect of weight loss and hyperinsulinemia. It can be effective for some patients with poor sulfonylurea efficacy. For example, it can be used in combination with sulfonylurea, intestinal glycosidase inhibitors or thiazolidinedione hypoglycemic drugs. It can also be used in patients with insulin therapy to reduce insulin consumption.
