Patients are caused by pathogenic bacteria such as Chlamydia pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Legionella pneumophila, Moraxella catarrhalis, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, or Streptococcus pneumoniae, and the initial treatment requires intravenous administration.

Caused by Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, or Mycoplasma hominis, and initially treated patients requiring intravenous administration. If it is suspected that anaerobic bacteria may be combined, an anti-anaerobic drug should be added in combination with this drug.
